JOV rugs are shaped by construction, detail, and restraint. Each piece is made to order, hand-tufted in Portugal, and finished in JOV’s family-run Belgian atelier. JOV works almost entirely to order, offering a level of precision rare in textile production. Their material palette includes wool, silk, mohair, and linen—each selected for texture, resilience, and tone. Rugs are customized by size, shape, color, sculpting, and edge detail, allowing for one-off commissions as well as large-scale programs. Tufted by hand and finished in Belgium, the process blends traditional methods with contemporary clarity. The result is a piece that supports both the interior and the way it’s lived in—defined by integrity, softness, and a quiet attention to every detail.
