Coupdefoudre
Coupdefoudre is a graphic design using an interesting mix of different colors and textures. The matte New Zealand wool adds texture to the rug and is tufted in a higher pile, allowing the small hints of blended lyocell to catch the light.
We wanted to recreate a “used” effect for this design, so we used a yarn with a mix of cut and looped piles. The combination of the materials, as well as the mixes and contrasts in color, creates a vibrant design.
